THE·TEAM is seeking an Account professional at multiple levels to manage client relationships within experiential or live events. You will act as the connective tissue between client goals and production, coordinating logistics, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring flawless on-site delivery.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with producers, creative, strategy and operations, translate client needs into clear direction, and contribute to growth through upselling and proactive problem

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in experiential or event agency settings.
• Ability to translate client goals into production direction and action.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams.
