The Pig and Butcher Islington is seeking an experienced sommelier to lead our wine experience in a Michelin-listed, country-style pub and restaurant. You will manage a diverse wine list and ensure guest satisfaction.

Update wine listings, train staff on wine service, and build strong relationships with suppliers. A minimum of WSET Level 2 is required. We offer a competitive salary, achievable bonus, and a supportive team.
