Job summary

Studio Paskin is seeking an experienced Sommelier for The Barbary Notting Hill to lead wine service and guest pairing experiences. Work with Head of Wine to guide guests and elevate our wine program across a 300-bottle program, blending world-class artisans with discovery labels.

You will train FOH & Bar teams, stay at the forefront of wine trends, and contribute to the venue’s premium dining experience in Notting Hill.

Qualifications

• Strong wine knowledge and service excellence.
• Solid understanding of current London wine trends and producers.
• Good communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise guests on wine pairings and selections.
• Deliver exceptional wine service as part of the bar and dining room team.
• Train FOH & Bar teams to deepen wine knowledge during briefings.
