Job summary

Public House Group seeks a skilled Sommelier to manage our wine program, advise guests on pairings, and elevate the dining experience. You will collaborate with the beverage manager and culinary team to curate a compelling wine selection and drive service excellence.

You will train staff, oversee inventory, and work in a high-end hospitality setting across London venues. Certification (CMS/WSET) is preferred but not mandatory; passion for wine and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of global wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and inspire staff on wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the wine list to complement seasonal menus.
