Empowering Learning Ltd. in Leatherhead is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support learners with autism and SEMH in a vibrant, inclusive setting.

You will work with the class teacher and SENCO, provide one-to-one and small-group support, help implement IEPs and BSPs, and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment for children with diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of each student.
