Job summary

Key Requirements

• Healthcare Experience (Essential): Background in healthcare recruitment - experience specifically within Doctors / Medical Consultants is highly desirable.
• Track Record in BD: Proven ability to win new client business and build long-standing, profitable client relationships.
• Ambitious & Driven: Highly self-motivated with the drive and passion to step into a future team leadership position.
• End-to-End Competency: Excellent candidate sourcing capability, account management skills, and awareness of healthcare compliance.
