Qualifications

• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex terms simply.
• Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer is PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business.
