Job summary

Simply Conveyancing is seeking passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts. You will handle leasehold residential conveyancing with a focus on quality, service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
• Strong client care skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a risk-aware approach to work.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems.

• Manage leasehold residential conveyancing matters for clients.

• Coordinate and prioritise a caseload of 60–65 files.
