Job summary

Simply Property Lawyers is seeking skilled conveyancers, legal executives or solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts. Expect a dynamic caseload of 60–65 files and a focus on quality service, continuous improvement and career development.

The role offers flexible hours with remote, hybrid or office-based arrangements across Daventry, Cardiff and Leeds, a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
