Job summary

Simply Conveyancing seeks skilled conveyancers to manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions. You will draft and review contracts and related documents, advising clients with clear, practical guidance throughout the conveyancing journey.

Applicants should have solid property/conveyancing experience, leasehold expertise and strong Land Registry knowledge. A focus on client care and timely delivery is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced in residential conveyancing.
• Solid experience in property/conveyancing law.
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
• Good knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
• Strong client care skills and ability to explain complex legal information clearly.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseloads of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently

What You Bring
