Job summary

Simply Conveyancing is seeking qualified conveyancers, legal executives or solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team. You will handle residential matters, communicate complex information clearly, and manage a dynamic caseload of 60–65 files.

The role offers flexible hours and remote/hybrid working, with a strong focus on quality, service and professional development within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines

What We Need From You
