Job summary

Getronics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of MSP-based customers and grow relationships across Legal, Travel and Transport sectors.

You will own relationships with key stakeholders, drive renewals and identify opportunities to expand service usage while collaborating with service delivery and pre-sales teams. Hybrid UK role with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP/technology services environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling account growth, renewals and retention activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of managed service customers within Legal, Travel and Transport sectors.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Work to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and contract renewal.
• Support strategic account planning and long-term growth strategies.
• Cross-sell and upsell services across the Getronics portfolio.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Customer Success and Pre-Sales to meet customer requirements.
