Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team. You will manage commercial aspects of M&E packages from award to final account on major construction projects in the rail, data center, and general building services sectors.

The role requires strong knowledge of valuations, cost forecasting, and final accounts, with experience of JCT or NEC contracts. You will liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to maximise project performance

Qualifications

• Experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within an M&E subcontractor or building services contractor.
• Strong knowledge of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Experience with JCT, NEC or other forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for commercial management of M&E packages from award to final account.
• Prepare valuations, applications for payment, variations and change control.
• Review subcontractor and supplier accounts and prepare commercial reports.
• Collaborate with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to maximise project performance.
