Job summary

Raven Search is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead the complete commercial cycle across a varied portfolio of M&E projects in the UK. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to help shape a newly formed department and set up efficient commercial processes on day one.

Qualifications

• NEC and/or JCT contract familiarity
• Strong communication with clients and project teams
• Experience on M&E contracts is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial cycle on M&E contracts from pre-contract through final account
• Prepare and submit applications for payment and valuations
• Manage subcontract procurement and commercial administration
• Track variations and produce change control records
• Prepare CVRs and cost-to-completion forecasts
• Support tendering and pre-construction activities with commercial input
