Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of M&E packages from award to final account. You will collaborate with operations and commercial teams to ensure projects meet contractual, budgetary and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a background with M&E subcontractors or building services contractors, with solid knowledge of valuations, variations and cost reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in a subcontractor or building services environment.
• Strong understanding of valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
• Knowledge of JCT, NEC or other contract forms and cost reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage valuations and applications for payment across M&E packages.
• Prepare and negotiate variations, change control and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts and financial performance.
• Review subcontractor and supplier accounts and compile commercial reports.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and internal teams.
