Job summary

Crucial People seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong M&E background to oversee the commercial management of Building & Energy Management Systems (BEMS) projects across Central London. You will handle cost control, tendering, procurement, subcontractor management and contract negotiation, working closely with the estimating team and the commercial director.

A degree in Quantity Surveying and solid knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts are essential.
