Experienced Bus Driver – Port Talbot

£14.50 per hour

We’re looking for experienced Bus Drivers to join First Bus in Port Talbot. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 38 hours per week, with stable hours and planned rotas. If you’re already a qualified PCV driver and want a steady role with a supportive depot, this could be a good fit. You’ll be driving local bus routes, helping passengers get where they need to be safely and on time.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll earn £14.50 per hour, £28,652 per year, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime when it’s available. This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours, and your shifts will be planned in advance so you know what your working week looks like ahead of time. You’ll work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings, evenings, and weekends, but everything is scheduled to give you as much predictability as possible.

It’s a professional driving role where safety, professionalism, and good customer service are key. You’ll represent First Bus in your local area and play an important role in keeping communities connected.
