Already a PCV qualified driver? We're looking for drivers to join our team in Glasgow. If you're already a qualified PCV driver and want a steadyrole with a supportive depot, this could be a good fit. You'll be driving local bus routes, helping passengers get where they need to be safely and on time.
You'll earn up to £16.80 per hour, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime when it's available. This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours, and your shifts will be planned in advance so you know what your working week looks like ahead of time. You'll work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings, evenings, and weekends, but everything is scheduled to give you as much predictability as possible.
As one of our Bus Drivers, you'll safely operate local bus services, helping people travel to work, school, appointments, and home every day. You'll ensure every journey is safe, reliable, comfortable, and on time while delivering excellent customer service to every passenger. You'll be representing First Bus within your local community and playing an important role in keeping people connected. Shifts are rota-based over 5 days and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with schedules provided in advance.
