Trainee Bus Driver – Bridgend

£14.32 per hour while training, £14.75 per hour once qualified

This is a permanent, full-time position offering guaranteed contracted hours and structured rotas. You’ll receive full training, clear progression, and long-term job security within a well-established national transport operator.

You’ll earn £14.32 per hour while training, rising to £14.75 per hour once qualified after 12 months, with the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime and additional shifts where available.
