Job summary

Corin Limited is seeking an Experience Manager to develop and optimize the customer journey for visitors and employees at our Cirencester Campus. You will lead programs, train teams, and collaborate across Marketing, PM, MedEd, and Legal to ensure a consistent Corin experience.

Key requirements include public speaking, stakeholder management, and the ability to engage with KOLs. The role involves 15% travel and a competitive package with 25 days holiday and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Brand Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees.
• Support internal stakeholders in customer engagement through storytelling and tailored visitor programs.
• Represent the customer perspective within the organization and advocate for customer interests in cross-functional projects.
• Plan and manage customer visits to the Cirencester Campus end-to-end, including room setup, catering, security and transport.
• Deliver professional corporate presentations covering company history, vision, and initiatives.
• Build networks with KOLs and industry influencers to position Corin as an innovation provider.
