Job summary

Corin is seeking a Global Customer & Experience Manager to join the Cirencester team. The role focuses on developing an outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees, aligning with Corin’s vision and values.

You will design training on the Corin Experience, manage end-to-end customer visits, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, PM, and Compliance to optimize the customer journey. A strong background in customer engagement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees.
• Create dashboards and maintain KPI tracking on visitor numbers, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Design training programs on Corin Experience and storytelling for employees.
• Support cross-functional projects to strengthen the customer journey and brand.
• Plan and manage customer visits to the Cirencester Campus end-to-end.
