Job summary

Corin Group, a global orthopaedics innovator headquartered in Cirencester, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Associate to support the European team across Germany, Hungary and Switzerland.

The role is full-time with a hybrid model after training, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits including pension, private medical insurance, and life assurance. You will work closely with customers to ensure accurate orders and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (orthopaedics advantageous).
• Strong systems knowledge (ERPs, WebOps, Sage).
• Customer-focused and process-driven with excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Highly organised, able to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.
• GCSEs in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers within Corin.
• Accurately enter and audit customer orders with right-first-time accuracy.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and process credit notes.
• Manage Return Goods Authorisations (RGAs).
• Issue order acknowledgements promptly and maintain master data.
• Support SOPs, monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Handle new customer enquiries and assist with account setup documentation.
• Rotate across regional inboxes, process orders, track deliveries and stock.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity within our Customer Service Team to help meet increasing global demand.

You will provide support to the European Customer Service team, assisting with ad hoc tasks and acting as a reliable backup across multiple regions to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent operations, covering these countries:

Germany / Hungary / Switzerland

We are seeking a German speaking individual with Customer service skills.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will

• Act as the first point of contact for customers within Corin
• Accurately enter and audit customer orders, ensuring a right-first-time approach
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and process credit notes as required
• Manage Return Goods Authorisations (RGAs)
• Issue order acknowledgements in a timely manner
• Maintain and update master customer data, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Take ownership of Customer Services standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are kept up to date
• Monitor and meet Customer Services KPIs to support a high-quality customer experience
• Handle new customer enquiries and support account setup documentation
• Provide support during internal and external audits as required
• Rotate across regional inboxes, processing orders via Outlook, allocating shipping, tracking stock and inbound deliveries, checking expiry dates, arranging collections, and supporting direct sales to hospitals

What we're looking for

• Previous account management or sales experience
• Strong systems knowledge (ERPs, WebOps, Sage)
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (orthopaedics advantageous)
• Customer-focused and process-driven
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive, adaptable and a collaborative team player
• Problem‑solving mindset with analytical ability
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday. Following completion of training and probationary period, the role will move to a hybrid model with the option to work two days from home.

Salary £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
