Harvey Nash Group is seeking an Experience Designer for a 6-month Inside IR35 contract in the FS sector. The role involves partnering to shape customer experience across products and services, and potentially guiding a customer advisor team in a defined area.

The candidate will uncover issues, assess feasibility of proposals, and contribute to a structured research programme, while helping improve existing practices and supporting team development.

Qualifications

• Experience design experience in customer-facing products or services.
• Ability to analyze complex product/service proposals.
• Experience facilitating research programmes and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Uncover emerging issues and needs, identifying causes, stakeholders and barriers.
• Assess feasibility and relevance of proposals for complex products/services with guidance.
• Develop plans for significant research programme aspects under guidance.
• Identify and improve business practices while delivering projects within change programmes.
• Support a team's development framework and coach others in area of expertise.
