Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc is seeking an Experience Designer for a six-month Inside IR35 contract with an FS client in the UK. You will help shape customer experience across a range of products and services and may lead a customer advisor team over a given area.

You’ll uncover emerging issues, analyse proposals for complex products, develop research plans, and drive improvements within the organisation's change programmes, while coaching colleagues and pursuing personal development.

Responsibilities

• Uncover emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
• Analys and evaluates the feasibility/relevance of proposals for complex products/services, then develops and amends as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues and/or supervises activities performed by a product development/specialist team.
• Develop and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of a research programme with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Identify shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a workstream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Take responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development.
