Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to shape and deliver an enhanced support model for our Corporate Operations. You will lead service design activities within agile, multidisciplinary teams and engage a broad range of stakeholders to define operating models, governance arrangements, processes and service standards.

Contract inside IR35 at £500–£550 a day for 6 months. You should have proven experience in Service Design, Operating Model Design or Business

Qualifications

Proven experience in Service Design, Operating Model Design or Business Transformation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
ITIL / Service Management knowledge.
Experience of working with Oracle.
Experience working within agile delivery environments.
Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical service solutions.
Knowledge of service transition, organisational change and continuous improvement.
Experience within public sector or large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead service design activities within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
Engage a broad range of stakeholders to shape operating models, governance and processes.
Help define service standards for sustainable delivery.
