Job summary

A leading facilities management provider is seeking a Facilities Contract Manager based in Exeter. You will manage onsite teams and ensure compliance with operational targets and legislation. The ideal candidate has significant experience in facilities management and an excellent track record in team leadership. Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Facilities Management Soft Services.
• Ambition to develop within a national organization.

Responsibilities

• Management of onsite teams to deliver services as per the SLA.
• Support in recruitment and appointment of caretaking and cleaning staff.
• Ensure cleaning teams are adequately trained and competent.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Skills

Experience managing a large cleaning team

Experience in managing and liaising with subcontractors

Fully conversant with Health & Safety legislation

Able to influence others in a range of situations

Excellent communication skills

Full UK Driving Licence
