Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee operational focus across Exeter. You will manage in-house engineers and specialist contractors delivering planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in Hard FM, with strong commercial and operational oversight, focused on delivering high service standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of Hard FM service contracts.
• Act as primary client representative.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance.
• Ensure building services are managed properly.
• Ensure Hard FM activities comply with UK legislation.
• Provide commercial oversight and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop effective relationships with contractors.
• Keep RAMS, permits and inspection reports up to date.
• Manage contractor mobilisation, resources and service delivery.
