Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience is essential.
• Experience in a commercial vehicle, HGV or automotive workshop is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Good understanding of servicing and repair processes.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail needed.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Professional and reliable approach.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Book commercial vehicles into the workshop.
• Understand customer requirements and agree work to be carried out.
• Prepare accurate job cards and estimates.
• Liaise with Technicians and workshop management.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identify additional work and obtain customer authorisation.
• Manage expectations and resolve queries professionally.
• Ensure workshop administration is completed accurately.
• Prepare vehicles for collection and explain completed work.
