Job summary

Sopra Steria Limited seeks an experienced Workplace Managed Service Lead to own end-to-end delivery of a major Workplace service. You will lead operational and development teams, shape architectural direction and ensure security, resilience and customer alignment on site.

The role requires active MoD DV clearance and full-time on-site work. You will engage with customer stakeholders, enterprise architects and suppliers to drive continuous improvement within a secure defence environment.

Qualifications

• Active MoD DV clearance required.
• Experience leading Workplace/EUC or End User Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Managed Service end-to-end, including service delivery and lifecycle management.
• Provide leadership to delivery, engineering and development teams with clear priorities.
• Act as senior point of contact for Workplace services with customers and partners.
• Oversee evolution of Workplace technologies and security governance.
• Influence solution design and future Workplace strategy while ensuring security and customer alignment.
