Job summary

Sopra Steria Ltd is seeking an experienced Workplace Managed Service Lead to own a major Workplace Managed Service, bringing together service delivery, technical leadership and architectural direction. This on-site, permanent role in North Hampshire requires active MoD DV clearance and leadership of both operations and development teams.

You will balance security, performance and commercial commitments while driving continuous improvement across the service and collaborating with customers,

Qualifications

Requires active MoD DV clearance.
On-site, full-time role based in North Hampshire, UK.
Experience leading complex managed services and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workplace Managed Service end-to-end, including service delivery and lifecycle management.
Provide leadership to workplace service delivery, engineering and development teams.
Act as the senior point of contact for Workplace services with customers, architects, and suppliers.
Oversee development and evolution of Workplace technologies and end-user services.
Provide technical and architectural leadership ensuring security and customer alignment.
Own performance, risk and escalation management with a focus on improvement.
