Qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting or recruitment operations, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing abilities.
• Able to communicate clearly with high-level clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-touch, white-glove service for all stakeholders throughout the search process.
• Own interview coordination, including itineraries, travel, rooms and reimbursements.
• Manage candidate and requisition data in ATS and CMS, ensuring compliance.
• Draft and post role descriptions meeting compliance standards.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including offer letters and background checks.
• Prepare status reports and client presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across offices on reporting and best practices.
• Provide calendar management, travel booking, and expense reporting support.
• Assist in office management tasks and team events.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Inclusion on projects.
