Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the International HR team, ensuring a highly efficient operation across countries outside the US. The role covers payroll, onboarding, visas, freelancer management, and data integrity, based at Sky Campus Osterley with some presence in Central London.

Key responsibilities include payroll changes, HR systems maintenance (SAP/ATS), onboarding, and governance of freelance engagements while supporting across Payroll, HR Operations, Talent

Qualifications

• Extensive HR administration experience with payroll involvement.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and ATS.
• Strong data handling, reporting and analytics skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Process UK and international payroll changes accurately and timely.
• Coordinate onboarding and visa/immigration documentation.
• Maintain and audit data in HRIS systems across multiple countries.
• Manage freelance engagements and contracts with governance and reporting.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and stakeholders.
