Informa is seeking a seasoned Executive Reward professional to join Global Support. This role focuses on remuneration governance, reporting, and equity plan design, working with senior leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax and Finance to deliver strategic reward solutions and support senior hires across a global, federated organisation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive compensation consulting or in-house at a FTSE-listed company.
• Experience with PLC Remuneration Committee governance and reporting requirements.
• Deep knowledge of UK governance, remuneration reporting and market practice.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts the Directors’ Remuneration Report and responds to auditors.
• Prepares papers for RemCo and coordinates with internal/external stakeholders.
• Supports design and delivery of STIPs and LTIPs and related equity plans.
• Advises on M&A compensation considerations and change of control provisions.
• Coaches the reward team and supports governance obligations across the group.
