Talantir is seeking a senior remuneration advisory professional to join our executive reward practice in London. You will partner with boards and remuneration committees to shape executive pay frameworks aligned with performance and governance best practice.

You will work on high-profile client work, with strong career progression opportunities and flexible, agile working arrangements designed to support professionals returning after a career break.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation or board remuneration advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of executive pay and market practice.
• Experience with large or listed organisations; consulting experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK directors’ remuneration regulations desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on incentive plan performance measures and model outcomes
• Support remuneration committee processes and reporting

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

About You

• Experience in executive compensation or board remuneration advisory
• Strong technical knowledge of executive pay and market practice
• Experience working with large or listed organisations (consulting experience beneficial)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of UK directors’ remuneration regulations desirable
