Informa is seeking a senior remuneration professional based in London to lead executive reward governance, DRR drafting, and equity plan design. You will collaborate with Company Secretariat, Investor Relations and Tax, guiding RemCo processes and benchmarking practices for a global organisation.

The role requires deep knowledge of IFRS2, UK reporting regulations, and experience advising on M&A reward arrangements.

Competenze

• Experience with executive compensation, governance and UK reporting standards.
• Strong Excel-based modelling and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global, federated organisation.

Mansioni

• Draft the Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare papers for RemCo and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support design and delivery of Short/Long-Term Incentive Plans and equity-related programmes.
• Contribute to global career framework design and reward market analysis.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on executive reward and governance.
