Job summary

Arriva Limited in London is seeking an Executive IT Site Engineer to provide dedicated onsite IT support at Lacon House, Holborn. You will act as the primary IT presence for the building, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service to colleagues and visitors.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support across hardware, software, networking and collaboration tools, plus incident management via Ivanti ITSM and managing assets and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience in a corporate office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
• Experience deploying laptops and mobile devices with Intune.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms and collaboration tech.
• Experience using an ITSM platform (Ivanti).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated onsite IT support at Lacon House for colleagues, contractors and visitors.
• Act as primary IT presence in the building, delivering a professional service.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support across hardware, software, networking and workplace tech.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and collaboration technologies.
• Manage incidents and service requests via Ivanti ITSM.
• Maintain IT asset records and onsite stock levels.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist projects affecting the Lacon House site.
