Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is seeking an Executive IT Site Engineer for the London Head Office at Lacon House, Holborn. You will provide dedicated onsite IT support and act as the primary IT presence, delivering 2nd/3rd line support and white-glove service to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong problem solving, customer-facing skills and experience with Windows 11, M365, AD/Entra ID and Intune, plus ITSM and documentation responsibilities within a busy corporate environment.

Responsibilities

As our Executive IT Site Engineer, you'll be the face of IT support within our London Head Office, providing a high-quality, responsive service to colleagues across the business, including senior stakeholders and visitors. You'll deliver hands-on technical support across workplace technology, end-user devices and collaboration tools, ensuring users receive an exceptional service and a seamless technology experience. Working closely with teams across Digital & Technology, you'll take ownership of incidents and service requests, coordinate resolutions and help drive continual service improvement.
