Arriva Limited in London is seeking an Executive IT Site Engineer to provide dedicated onsite IT support at Lacon House, Holborn. You will act as the primary IT presence for the building, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service to colleagues and visitors.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support across hardware, software, networking and collaboration tools, plus incident management via Ivanti ITSM and managing assets and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience in a corporate office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
• Experience deploying laptops and mobile devices with Intune.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms and collaboration tech.
• Experience using an ITSM platform (Ivanti).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.

As our Executive IT Site Engineer, you'll be the face of IT support within our London Head Office, providing a high-quality, responsive service to colleagues across the business, including senior stakeholders and visitors.You'll deliver hands-on technical support across workplace technology, end-user devices and collaboration tools, ensuring users receive an exceptional service and a seamless technology experience. Working closely with teams across Digital & Technology, you'll take ownership of incidents and service requests, coordinate resolutions and help drive continual service improvement.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong technical expertise with outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement.What You'll Be DoingProviding dedicated onsite IT support for colleagues, contractors and visitors based at Lacon HouseActing as the primary IT presence within the building, delivering a professional and customer-focused serviceDelivering 2nd and 3rd line support across hardware, software, networking and workplace technologiesProviding white-glove support to senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams where requiredSupporting meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, digital displays and collaboration technologiesManaging incidents and service requests through our IT Service Management platform (Ivanti)Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, mobile devices and meeting room equipmentSupporting Microsoft 365 applications and Windows 11 devicesAdministering user accounts and access requests within Active Directory and Entra IDConfiguring, deploying and maintaining laptops, mobile devices and peripherals using IntuneCoordinating with specialist technology teams to resolve escalated issuesMaintaining accurate IT asset records and onsite stock levelsCreating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articlesSupporting project activity affecting the Lacon House siteIdentifying opportunities to improve services and reduce recurring issues through proactive problem managementWhat We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and thrive in a customer-facing environment.You'll ideally bring:Previous IT support experience within a corporate office environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting Windows 11 devicesExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and servicesActive Directory and Entra ID administration experienceExperience deploying and supporting laptops and mobile devices using IntuneExperience supporting meeting room and collaboration technologiesExperience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) platformExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureA proactive, professional and customer-focused approachDesirable experience includes:Basic networking knowledgeITIL Foundation certificationWhy Join Arriva?This is a highly visible role where you'll become a trusted technology partner to colleagues across our London office.
