Job summary

Foxhills Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the Manor House outlets and oversee dining across the resort. You will drive service standards, guest and member experiences, and the commercial performance of all F&B.

This role requires visible leadership, hands-on management, budget and stock control responsibilities, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager or senior hospitality role.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a busy F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations; conference and private dining is preferred.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and member experiences with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock control, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills; capable of motivating others.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety, health and allergen regulations.
• Experience with EPOS, rota management and stock control systems is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays according to business needs.
• Hands-on management style with willingness to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of all Manor House food and beverage outlets with high service standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest and member experiences through service, knowledge and feedback resolution.
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team with coaching and performance expectations.
• Drive revenue, profitability and cost control by maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, licensing and procedures.
• Oversee the bar and beverage operation, stock control and product quality.
• Coordinate private dining, conferences and events through planning and communication.
