Foxhills Collection is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Farleigh Golf Club, Ottershaw, Surrey. This full-time role involves assisting with restaurant, bar, and banquets, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high service standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with opportunities for growth. Training will be provided, and a range of staff benefits accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage preferred but training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures.
