Job summary

Foxhills Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the Manor House F&B outlets, oversee service standards and drive commercial performance. The role requires a confident, visible leader who can motivate staff, manage budgets and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Based at Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey, the position is full-time with shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a busy F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, plus events and private dining is preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting, labour costs and revenue growth experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership - Lead day-to-day operation of Manor House F&B outlets with high standards.
• Guest and Member Experience - Deliver outstanding service and resolve feedback effectively.
• Team Management - Coach and develop F&B team with clear performance expectations.
• Commercial Performance - Drive revenue and control costs while supporting initiatives.
• Standards and Compliance - Maintain service standards and ensure food safety compliance.
• Beverage and Bar Control - Oversee stock, quality and staff expertise in beverage operations.
• Private Dining & Events - Ensure seamless delivery of private dining, conferences and events.
