Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Confident communicator with a positive, hands-on approach.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team during service.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in delivering high-quality food & beverage service.
• Lead shifts, assigning duties and mentoring team during service.
• Ensure guest experience is attentive, friendly and professional.
