What you will do as an Executive Housekeeper

Establishes and maintains a harmonious working and professional relationship with guests, Housekeeping Department Front Office Department, and all Andaz Employees.

Is aware of, adheres to and assures that all the Housekeeping team follow hotel rules and policies at all times.

To oversee and manage the housekeeping operation to ensure our guests receive an outstanding, seamless, 5 star service and the highest levels of cleanliness, condition and working order.

Ensures employee grooming standards are immaculate at all times.

Complete all tasks on their designated task list in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring all necessary follow-up and communication is complete prior to ending their shift.

Must carry out regular checks of all areas daily.

Participate in housekeeping briefings and act upon this knowledge (dealing with team feedback, issues and requests) and shares with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and to provide exceptional 5 star service at all times.

Identify training needs and lead the housekeeping training and development program and provide continuous on the job coaching.

Ensures that all jobs and ‘We Cares’ are completed and followed up as a matter of urgency whilst focusing solely on guest satisfaction to be of paramount importance.

Supervise, motivate and coaches the Housekeeping team in the performance of their duties.

Motivate, drive and monitor the Housekeeping team with regards to cleaning standards, flash inspections, and Hysat feedback.

Ensures Public Areas are kept immaculate at all times.

Ensures employee grooming standards are immaculate at all times.
