We are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Housekeeper for our 5 Star Hotel, The Londoner .

Overview

• We are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Housekeeper to join the team at The Londoner Hotel.
• As an Executive Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping team operationally on a daily basis ensuring the implementation of all housekeeping and company brand standards alongside the General Manager.
• The Executive Head Housekeeper will direct a large housekeeping team to ensure that high levels of service and standards are achieved.
• You will ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and will seek opportunities to continually improve the guest experience within housekeeping.
• You will be focused on team development as a priority ensuring that progression is available for all team members.
• As Executive Head Housekeeper, you will collaborate closely with other members of the hotel senior management team and will play an active part in day to day hotel operations.
  
  

About You

• Current London 4 or 5 Star hotel housekeeping experience at a senior level is required.
• Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
• A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
• Understands the value of teamwork and enables hosts to collaborate well together to work efficiently together.
