We are recruiting for an Executive Head Housekeeper to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate, a 429-bedroom hotel located in Old Windsor.

As the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for setting, monitoring, and maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and guest service. Your attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy meticulously clean rooms and memorable experiences. You will oversee equipment and linen supplies to maintain suitable stocks and control costs.

You will lead a team comprising two Assistant Managers, eight Supervisors, and numerous Housekeeping Assistants, Linen Porters, and Public Area Cleaners. You will lead by example, fostering a warm culture where colleagues feel appreciated. Building genuine relationships with your team will create a sense of belonging and empower them to take pride in their work.

Additionally, you will act as Duty Manager when required.

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar property and role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage work schedules and rotas
  • IT literacy; experience with Opera or Fourth hospitality systems is advantageous but not essential
