Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
• Proven track record in menu design, implementation, planning, recruitment, and training.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to develop a team.
• Experience with Procure Wizard beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent planning, organization, attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food prep, service, quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, supporting development and motivation.
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Manage stock control, ordering, costs, and kitchen budgets.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus using local ingredients.
• Collaborate with hotel management to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the kitchen staff.
• Focus on guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and driving improvements.
