Hyatt Andaz London Liverpool Street is seeking a Head Chef to lead a talented culinary team and deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury lifestyle hotel setting in London. This hands-on role requires balancing creativity with commercial awareness and driving the hotel’s culinary strategy.

You will manage labour and food costs, uphold top food safety standards, recruit and develop staff, and report to the Executive Chef to support day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced culinary professional with a track record in high-end hotel kitchens.
• Previous Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or equivalent in luxury hotels or premium restaurants.
• Strong commercial awareness; balance operational excellence with financial performance.
