I am super excited to be working with an award-winning restaurant group looking for an exceptional talent, a committed executive chef to run a new opening fine dining Italian restaurant in west London.

You will develop menus, lead a team through service and also touch tables and talk guests through ingredients and specials.

This is an iconic venue with 150 seats in total, an amazing seafood display and a menu with the most premium ingredients you can find. A dream job!

We would be looking for experience at this level and deep understanding of Italian classics, seafood and a refined techniques along with modern, elegant plating.
