We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Head and Sous Chefs to lead our fantastic team. You will have a passion for food and know how to pass that on to your team. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in French cuisine as well as possessing financial acumen and the ability to control quality and margins.
It is essential you have previous experience in high-end kitchens. Successful candidates will undertake an intensive training programme to familiarize themselves with our methods.
