Qualifications

This position will act as the responsible payroll manager for all payroll and pension related matters in UK, Ireland and Turkey and potentially for other regions, e.g. Middle East upon demand and report to the Manager, HR in London, England.

• Qualification in the field of payroll accounting or comparable
• Minimum 5 years´ experience in the field of payroll accounting in UK; experience with Irish payroll is an asset
• Experience with ADP Celergo, SPM and WorkForce Manager is an asset
• Very good knowledge of HR practices and processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of respect for confidentiality
• Strong team player
• Proven ability to assess and prioritize workload
• Proven ability to work to imminent deadlines and adapt to changing goals and priorities
• Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
• Adaptable and ability to work flexible hours as required/directed
